In 1992, a management buy-out of ATS from the Public company to which it belonged, gave ATS the power, flexibility and independence to focus on its key and niche vertical market software products and services.   It was through this that ATS could begin to focus on providing the best professional and technically excellent products and solutions to our clients. The growth of ATS has been noticed in the Industry with ATS being nominated for the Ernst & Young - Fedlife Small Business of the Year award. In August 1998, ATS was acquired by TCO Holdings, a JSE listed IT company which provides focussed Microsoft centric products and services to the Southern African IT Industry. TCO were subsequently acquired by Dimension Data Networking in December 1998. ATS felt it better to regain independance in the context of the now complicated relationship. ATS is now once again completely independent providing enhanced services and products in alignment with our customer needs. ATS offers free hotline support as well as comprehensive training courses that cover every aspect of our products functionality, on both a business and technical level.
