The UnionMaster Product Suite

Overview

UnionMaster has been developed out of the awareness that there was a growing need in organisations for an application that could manage and facilitate uncomplicated administration of membership information.

Because ATS UnionMaster is Windows based it is incredibly user-friendly. Its intuitive interface ensures that the program is not only easy to learn, but it is a pleasure to work with on a day today basis.  Furthermore, sound knowledge of the various areas of the program is not limited to one person.  Familiarity with one area of the program allows the user to use any area of the program with ease.

We have full confidence that our package is the most comprehensive on the market (a glance at the various modules available will reveal). The program is flexiblen enough to allow it to cope with a variety of challenges which face membership organisations today.

The modular approach of MemeberMaster enables an organisation to purchase the modules that are required and upgrade or add modules as and when required.

The Modular Approach

All modules run off one central database, which prevents repetitive data entry and ensures that all areas of the institution are running on the latest information.  Changes and updates need only be made once.

Each of the specific modules are discussed briefly below.

Modules:

Members/ Employee/ Building Admin System

General administration of Members, employees and assets. Full details of each member with all their personal details are stored including spouse and family contact details, business contact, professional details and designation. Including a members and employee leave/attendance tracking system. If you hold meetings, events and courses or if you want to track every members visit while ensuring that a valid subscription is in place. Functionality is also provided for the recording of the qualification and type training which members have undergone.

Past Members

Maintain details of past members so you can continue to recover unpaid items and re establish membership at a later stage.

Course Details and Results System includes the following:

Monitor and track progress of each member as they plot a career path. Information is recorded from the time they enrol for a course of study until the completion of each milestone. UnionMaster will enable your organisation to plan assessments in advance and assign members to courses and modules with ease.

Mark Entry and Analysis:

ATS UnionMaster allows lecturers to capture marks on a mark entry screen.  The program will calculate marks etc. according to weightings entered into the system.  A mark analysis screen allows you to analyse marks according to various criteria.

Admissions and Subscriptions tracking:

Ability to enter information from the first application letter to final acceptance. Keep track of entrance requirements, assessments, exams, entrance criteria and letters sent to prospective members. Track the period that the members subscribed for and automatically generate renewal letters and expiry details.

Asset Tracking:

Keep stock of assets such as computers, desks, chairs, multimedia equipment, medical equipment etc?

Activity Tracking System:

Keep track of events and activities. What takes place where , who is attending  events and the responsible administrators etc. Send out invitations to selected members, and track their attendance of these events.

Finance:

Visually intuitive interface, which can be manipulated to suit your organisation. Including Debtors, age analysis trial balance and cashbook. No extensive accounting knowledge required.  The system provides for debit order, post date cheques and direct transfers. Print statement, invoices and create standard items that can be charged to members or groups of members at the press of a button.

Additional Features:

There are numerous features of the ATS UnionMaster program, which sets UnionMaster apart from other administrative packages. A few of these features are discussed below.

The “right click” facility:

This is a Windows facility that allows you to gain access to information on a member by selecting an option from the pull down menu.  In fact, information on members, staff etc is easily accessible throughout the program.

Drag and drop OR Bulk Allocation:

Within ATS UnionMaster, assigning members to their activities etc is not difficult.  You may use the Windows technique of drag and drop which is easy to use, as once again the changes that you are making are visible.  The program also has a bulk allocation facility that is just as intuitive but allows you to allocate more than one member at a time.

List Printing:

ATS UnionMaster allows numerous list options to produce as many list permutations as may be required. As long as the data has been captured in the system, it will be reflected in a list or printout.

General Letter Writer:

ATS UnionMaster has its own “Mail Merge” facility.  Send out letters and produce labels with ease, using this facility.

Email and SMS Service:

The latest release of UnionMaster includes support for personalised email, and SMS of accounts, general letters and results.

Barcode ID Card support

The system also provides for barcode support of data collection and processing.

ID cards and barcodes can be printed from the system when purchasing the barcode module.

Statistics And Reports

Once data has been loaded onto UnionMaster, you are now able to manipulate the information so as to produce various statistics and reports. For example to name but a few

  • Membership per province
  • Age distribution of membership
  • The gender distribution of your membership
  • The Membership per employer
  • Lists of all union/party officials

The UnionMaster system has been designed so that you the users are able to customise fields and do all the necessary maintenance without any additional programming thus making you more self-sufficient.

Further more the system also caters for fields that you can add and give labels to so you may customise the system even more.

Debit Orders

Create export files as and when required so as to execute debit orders from various bank accounts.

UnionMaster putting the ease into membership management.

The next release of UnionMaster will include web intergration and a data export facility to various accounting packages such as ACCPAC.

Training

Training is supplied and is compulsory for at least 2 staff members during the installation of the product.

We are able to customize the system to meet your unique requirements.
